LogMeIn, a Software as a Service (SaaS) provider for business meetings, remote login and support solutions, recently released a fascinating report on a new term and phenomenon in the business world. “Bring your own application”, or BYOA for short, is a term coined in reference to an increasingly mobile tribe of workers, who rely on personal phone, tablet and laptop applications to improve their productivity, manage workflow and enhance the quality of their customer interactions.
