Step 2: Upgrade your website to WCAG 2.1 Standards – Our development team will upgrade your website to meet government ADA compliance standards (WCAG 2.1).
Step 3: Training & Launch – We will launch your new ADA-compliant website and create training videos and instructions for your organization to stay compliant.
There Are 3 Parts To The ADA Compliance Package:
1 – ADA-Compliant Design: Websites need to be accessible for the visually impaired, so we will review the design elements of your site to qualify by WCAG 2.1 Standards.
2 – Code Updates: Screen readers for the visually impaired and auditory-impaired require photos and code to describe photos and code to be accessible.
3 – Training And Maintenance: Once the website is compliant, you must maintain the website to WCAG 2.1 standards. We will provide your team with the required information to maintain these standards. If you’re nervous about maintaining compliance, we can provide optional ongoing monthly maintenance (So you don’t have to worry about it).
How Much Does It Cost?
Your investment for The ADA Compliance Package starts at $1,850 (but typically won’t exceed $3,500). Some websites may cost more depending on the quantity of content. During the assessment phase, we will confirm if you need additional support.
Is there a Guarantee?
Yes, the ADA Compliance Package comes with a No-Risk Compliance-Assurance Guarantee. If your website is found not to be compliant within the first 30 days of the website upgrade, we will fix it at no cost to you.
